Identifiable Data

What is stored and how

All game-created data remains exclusively on your iOS device with no developer access. Support communications use HelpScout, which collects device IP address, location (town-level), and device type. Game-integrated email conversations store data on the helpdesk provider's servers. Submitted logs contain only game execution information without device-identifying details.

Data usage

Your data is treated with respect. We will never share your data with a third party and we will never sell your data, except as necessary for app operation or support.

Third-party data sharing

Email addresses and support conversations are retained on HelpScout's servers when contacting support.

In-app data usage

Support may request app usage information to troubleshoot reported problems.

Data Captured to Improve Flatout ATC

Two anonymous data collection methods are employed:

Firebase Crashlytics

Captures technical crash data including phone model and occurrence location when the app crashes next loads.

Firebase Analytics

Tracks feature usage without collecting identifying information to guide development priorities.

Users can submit detailed logs through the settings screen for correlation with crash data.
